Current market conditions have led FundTrack reporter Reshma Kapadia to seek out David Tice, manager of the always bearish Prudent Bear Fund. Tice's fund is up more than 15 percent in the past year due to the bearish pace of the market. Things will get worse for the market though, Tice says; he predicts the U.S. is entering a multi-year bear cycle, which would of course mean a windfall for the Prudent Bear Fund.
