Fundies who turn to The Wall Street Journal's Fund Track on Tuesday morning may find the content familiar. That's because the article, tackling the impact of the fund scandal of 2003 and penned by MarketWatch senior columnist Chuck Jaffe (Marketwatch, like The WSJ, is part of New Corp.'s Dow Jones), already appeared in some publications on Sunday (see The MFWire, August 25, 2008).

In the column, Jaffe writes that the payback to investors is small, but the scandal's impact is nonetheless huge.
