Steve Miyao and co. at New York-based consulting shop kasina are trolling the talent pool.

kasina is looking for a sales executive, a research director and a senior management consultant.

The sales post is new, kasina principal Mike Ma told The MFWire.

The research director will replace Tricia Juhn, who is no longer with the firm. The senior consultant will replace Sean Carroll, who is now with AllianceBernstein. kasina currently has three senior consultants.

Now is a good time to be acquiring talent, Ma noted.

"It's a good time to cast a net for these types of people," said Ma, who heads up sales and marketing. "We're taking advantage of the talent pool."
