Mutual fund firms, take heed: a new sheriff may soon take over at the SEC. The Wall Street Journal's Kara Scannell reports that Deutsche Bank attorney Robert Khuzami will soon step in for Linda Thomsen as head of enforcement for the commission.

Prior to his work at Deutsche, Khuzami led the Manhattan U.S. attorney's office's securities fraud unit, successfully prosecuting a Ponzi schemer for cheating 12,000 investors out of $700 million.
