Bob Reynolds is asking for a little more effort from his team in these challenging market conditions. A spokesperson for
Putnam confirmed that the
Power Financial subsidiary's employees will up theirs hours starting in May.
"To succeed in times like these, we need a strong work ethic and smart cost discipline," the spokesperson told
MFWire. "To maximize our current staff resources and align the firm with the standard hours currently in place within most financial services organizations, Putnam will move from a 35-hour work week to a 37.5-hour work week, effective May 4th."
