Two new funds from Vanguard begin trading tomorrow: its mid-cap growth fund and its international explorer fund. The latest additions into the lineup are a result of the reorganizations of the Provident Investment Counsel Mid Cap Fund A into the mid-cap growth fund, and the Schroder International Smaller Companies Fund into the explorer fund.
