Today's
Wall Street Journal Fund Track article highlights long-term mutual funds, which had an estimated $1.73 billion of inflows in the latest week due to strength in bond funds, according to data from the
Investment Company Institute.
For the week ended August 25, ICI reported that stock funds had outflows of $4.6 billion, up from $2.82 billion a week earlier.
Bond funds, meanwhile, took in $5.96 billion, down from $7.92 billion the previous week.
