Vanguard, which has upped its London headcount to 75, is targeting to increase that number to 110 this year,
Financial News reports.
The Valley Forge, Pennsylvania-based fund firm is "making a determined bid to capture business in Europe," writes Financial News reporter Mike Foster.
The expansion of the London staff comes after Vanguard abandoned efforts to make Waterloo, Belgium its hub in Europe, the pub notes.
Vanguard recently rolled out a fund of passive bond an equity funds in Europe. The product charges 30 basis points.
