John Hancock has kicked off an ad campaign aimed at financial advisors. Dubbed "Trust," the ads highlight investors' trust in FAs and showcase John Hancock's asset management chops.
"We're calling this the 'Trust' campaign because at its core it is based on our proprietary research showing that the financial advisor is one of the most
trustworthy sources of information for investors," explained Hancock's chief marketing
officer,
David Longfritz, in a press release Tuesday. "Just as investors trust their advisors,
we are telling advisors they 'are not alone,' that they can trust John Hancock to be a partner with them in finding solutions for their clients' financial challenges."
John Hancock's longtime ad agency,
Hill Holiday, created the campaign.
Ads started running in
Barron's. Hancock will also run ads in trade publications such as
InvestmentNews,
Plan Sponsor,
On Wall Street,
Registered Rep and
TheStreet.com in the coming weeks.
