Vanguard [profile] has announced that it has 150 open positions in its Scottsdale, Arizona office, and estimates that it will hire another 150 more in 2013, reports The Arizona Republic.

Vanguard currently employs around 2,100 people in Arizona. The open positions span a range of experience levels and roles.
