Oppenheimer Funds [profile] is no longer staring at the possibility of paying up $700 million in a lawsuit, according to a Bloomberg report. A New York judge tossed out fraud charges being brought by TSL USA Inc., Bryant Park Funding LLC and Liberty Street Funding LLC related to use of OpFunds' AAArdvark arbitrage system, according to reporter Joel Rosenblatt.
