A PM once named Canada's "Stockpicker of the Decade" is now running the best performing bond fund in the United State, according to a Reuters story.

Francis Chou is running the Chou Income Fund, which has $6.6 million, according to reporter David Randall. It is too small to be rated, but has returned 39 percent over 12 months and 14 percent since January.

Randall notes, though, that this may be an aberration, with the fund having underperformed in previous years.
