Don't cry for me, bond-lovers.

The bond market run may be slowing down, but Bill Gross's Pimco is already looking for other green pastures, according to InvestmentNews.

Thanks to such products as the Pimco All Asset Fund, the Pimco Unconstrained Bond Fund, and the Pimco Worldwide Fundamental Advantage Absolute Return Strategy Fund, the bond behemoth is positing itself nicely for growth in the category.

However, InvestmentNews reports that bond alternatives is still a small niche without a crowned king yet.
