Prudential [
profile] will pay the Garden State some caseh, according to a report in the
Newark Star-Ledger.
A brokerage unit of the financial firm owes its home state of New Jersey $100,000 to pay restitution for residents who got bad transaction prices, writers reporter Ed Beeson.
The consent order from the state Attorney General's office is with subsidiary Pruco Securities.
