T. Rowe Price [profile] is getting some attention from it's hometown paper — though not for something the firm's executives likely want highlighted.

The Baltimore Sun published an article this week highlighting the recent PM departures at the mutual fund shop.

The three defectors are: Joe Milano, who left last week; Kris Jenner, who left in April; and Tim Parker, who will leave at the end of September.

The exodus is "out of character," one Morningstar analyst told reporter Eileen Ambrose.
