A Fund Servicing Chief Resigns From a Fund Trust Board

Ross C. Provence resigned from his position as trustee and chairman of the board of trustees of the PFS Funds trust. Provence will continue to serve as president and principal executive officer of the funds. Effective May 21, 2013, George Cossolias now chairs the trust's board. [SEC Filing].
