On June 7, 2013,Pioneer [profile] reorganized some of its funds. Pioneer Value Fund acquired the assets and liabilities of Pioneer Research Fund. The new fund is now known as the Pioneer Core Equity Fund. Pioneer Growth Opportunities Fund acquired the assets and liabilities of Pioneer Select Mid Cap Growth Fund. This new fund is now known as the Pioneer Select Mid Cap Growth Fund. Pioneer Fundamental Value Fund acquired the assets and liabilities of Pioneer Disciplined Value Fund. This new fund is now known as the Pioneer Disciplined Value Fund. Pioneer Independence Fund acquired the assets and liabilities of Pioneer Disciplined Growth Fund.
