Should we call them bad news Bear Stearns? It's bad news that it is bringing Vigilant Insurance.

Vigilant, an NYC company that belongs to Jersey's Chubb Group must face a lawsuit by Bear Stearns Cos., an appeals court has ruled. Bloomberg reports that the firm is being accused of breach of contract for refusing to pay part of an SEC settlement it entered into with Bear Sterns. Details about that case can be read about here.
