iShares Prepares to Liquidate an ETF

The board of trustees of iShares Trust [profile] approved the plan of liquidation, dissolution and termination for the iShares 2013 S&P AMT-Free Municipal Series. The last day of trading of the fund will be August 15, 2013. [SEC Filing]
