BRC Slashes Fees For a Fund

The board of trustees of the Valued Advisers Trust approved a fee cut for BRC Investment Management's BRC Large Cap Focus Equity Fund. Effective yesterday, the management fee slice of the expense ratio (for both advisor and institutional shares) will drop to 47 basis points from 75. [SEC Filing].
