Dominion Will Close Two Funds

The board of directors of the Dominion Funds, consisting of the Fairfax Global Trends Fund and the Fairfax Gold and Precious Metals Fund, has concluded that it is in the best interests of the funds and the funds’ shareholders that the funds cease operations. The board has determined to close the funds and redeem all outstanding shares on June 27, 2013. [SEC Filing].
