A Small-Mid Cap Fund Replaces Sub-Advisor

Effective June 18, 2013, Fred Alger Management [profile] no longer serves as a sub-advisor to the Strategic Advisers Small-Mid Cap Fund. On June 7, 2013, the board of trustees approved the appointment of RS Investment Management [profile] as a new sub-advisor. [SEC Filing].
