A Beta Fund Adopts a New Distribution Plan

The GMG's Defensive Beta Fund has adopted a distribution plan pursuant to which the fund may pay the fund's distributor an annual fee for distribution and shareholder servicing expenses of up to 0.25% of the fund's average daily net assets. [SEC Filing].
