Effective August 1, 2013, The Value Line Fund's [profile] Rule 12b-1 fee will be charged at a rate of 0.25% of the fund’s average daily net assets. Effective August 1, 2013, Value Line Larger Companies Fund's Rule 12b-1 fee will be charged at a rate of 0.15% of the fund’s average daily net assets after giving effect to a waiver equal to 0.10% of the fund’s average daily net assets.
