Janus [profile] has just upped the stakes in the game for newly-promoted chief financial officer Jennifer McPeek.

The firm has given McPeek 25,667 class A Janus shares, according to a company filing.

McPeek now actively holds 56,238 shares in the company.

She was named chief financial officer at Janus after her predecessor Bruce Koepfgen was promoted to the newly-created position of president.
