Russ Koesterich said investors would be smart to look at Japan and Europe for equities investments as the U.S. may see some short-term volatility with recent Fed actions and the upcoming federal debt ceiling debacle, Bruno Navarro.
Koesterich said Japan was especially appealing because of recent economic structural reforms. Koesterich isn't down on U.S. equities, however, Navarro writes. Navarro reports that he holds out hope for manufacturing, saying lower energy prices would boost the industry. More specifically, Koesteriech pointed investors to petrochemicals, fertilizer and plastics manufacturers, Navarro reports.
