Citigroup's head of equities derivatives, Rachel Lord, left to join BlackRock [profile] . Lord will run the asset manager's European arm of iShares, replacing Joe Linhares, Bloomberg's Elisa Martinuzzi and Liam Vaughan write. Linhares is set to return to the U.S. at the end of the year. Lord came to Citi in 2009. Prior to her time there, she worked a decade at Morgan Stanley, Martinuzzi and Vaughan report.
