The Investment Managers Series Trust has approved, on August 6, 2013, of a reorganization of the SGA Global Growth Fund into the American Beacon SGA Global Growth Fund. American Beacon Advisors, Inc will manage the fund. Sustainable Growth Advisers, LP will serve as sub-adviser, and the PMs of the sub-adviser will remain the same.
