Sterling Renames and Changes a Fund's Investment Objective

Sterling Capital Funds [profile] has amended its Sterling Capital Select Equity Fund. First, effective September 3, 2013, the Sterling Capital Select Equity Fund will be renamed the Sterling Capital Large Cap Value Diversified Fund.Second, there have also been changes to the fund's investment strategies and risks. Third, effective September 3, 2013, the benchmark index of the fund will be changed. [SEC Filing].
