CV Adopts a Fund That Would've Liquidated

Caritas Capital [profile] didn't liquidate its Caritas All-Cap Growth Fund on August 30 as previously planned. The fund's board decided instead to hire CV Investment Advisors as an interim advisor to the fund, with CV founder Brenda A. Smith PMing. [SEC filing].
