CV Takes Over a Multi-Strategy Fund

On August 22, CV Investment Advisors took over the Presidio Multi-Strategy Fund as interim investment advisor. The board allowed previous investment advisory agreement, which was with Presidio Capital Investments [profile], to expire on August 15. CV founder Brenda A. Smith now PMs the fund. [SEC filing].
