Fundsters, rejoice. The SEC has recently done something that actually won't give you agida.
For fiscal year 2014, the regulator has
cut the fee rate applying to the registration of securities six percent, from $136.40 per million dollars to $128.80 per million dollars.
The fee cut is especially welcome given that the 2013 rate of $136.40 per million represents a
19 percent hike from 2012's rate of $114 per million.
It might make a fundster almost want to put away his antacid. Ok, maybe not.
