You know about the odds now favoring Fed vice chairwoman Janet Yellen as the successor to Fed Chair Ben Bernake, but another candidate is given decent odds for the job-- and he's a member of the mutual fund community.

TIAA-CREF [profile] chief executive Roger Fergurson, who was also Fed vice chairman at one time, is given healthy odds by the Wall Street Journal.

The newspaper cites betting website PaddyPower.com, which currently gives Ferguson 12-1 odds.
