Apparently, Joe Mansueto, founder of Morningstar, is a regular guy.

For example, the Financial Times did a portrayal of the executive which included his cafeteria parties and his proud parent photos.

Meanwhile, Crain's Chicago Business did a feature on Mansueto's low key lifestyle, having lived with his wife Rika in the same condo for 15 years, their three school-age children and his joy in being a soccer coach.
