ProShares [profile] has been making some moves recently.

Recently, the firm bumped up Keith Botti to the position of capital markets director.

Now the firm has hired Jeffrey Hickey to serve as a regional vice president for sales for the Northeast.

The exec has held a series of other sales job at other fund firms.

He served as a senior director at Guggenheim Investments, a regional sales vice president at Rydex | SGI, and a regional sales vice president at Aberdeen.
