To everything, there is a season.
Goldman's chairman of its Asia fund management arm,
Oliver Bolitho, is leaving the company, reports
Bloomberg.
The newswire cites an internal memo it had obtained announcing Bolitho's retirement at the end of the year. The memo also reportedly stated that Bolitho will become an advisory director after his retirement.
Bloomberg notes that Bolitho's departure comes nearly a year after GSAM moved
Sheila Patel to Singapore from London to lead the fund business in Asia outside of Japan, declaring that Bolitho would report to Patel.
