Ultimus Fund Solutions is helping a new firm tackle Mount Mutual.

The fund service provider has taken on Wilbanks Smith & Thomas Asset Manager and the firm's recently launched U.S. Equity Fund.

WST filed to launch the fund in September. According to the SEC filing, the fund seek long-term capital appreciation, while maintaining a secondary emphasis on generating income.

The product will cover the WST Asset Manager � US Equity Index which is a custom public index published by Bloomberg and calculated by S&P Dow Jones Indices. The WSTE Index was created by WST and is currently managed by WST.
