State Street is looking for a business intelligence director.

According to the Linkedin posting, the ideal candidate "applies industry best practices to lead strategic efforts to improve sales and marketing effectiveness, opportunity identification, performance management, and strategic planning through more systematic, data centric approach to distribution and business management."

The exec will also coordinate the firm's "business intelligence efforts and managing team of 2-4 analysts to build out and support distribution and business analytics."
