More than 2,000 financial planners, fundsters, and other industry insiders are converging on Beantown this weekend.

Jill Schlesinger CBS News Business Analyst, Keynote Host for FPA BE Boston 2015

Tomorrow the Financial Planning Association (FPA) will officially kick off its annual conference, FPA-BE Boston 2015, at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. Pre-conference sessions are already underway, and the opening session is scheduled for 10am tomorrow. The conference will conclude on Monday afternoon.

Big speakers slated to take the stage include: Jim Craig, a member of the 1980 "Miracle on Ice" gold-medal-winning U.S. hockey team; Sharon Epperson, senior personal finance correspondent for CNBC; Michio Kaku, chair of theoretical physics at the City University of New York (CUNY); Vanessa Oligino, an RIA practice management expert; Jill Schlesinger, business analyst for CBS News, who will be keynote host for the conference; David Meerman Scott, a marketing and sales strategist and international best-selling author; and Marcia Wagner, retirement plan legal eagle and principal of the Wagner Law Group.

The big BE party is slated for Sunday night.
