Tomorrow the National Investment Company Service Association (NICSA) will kick off its first annual conference under new leadership.

New NICSA president Jim Fitzpatrick and his team are hosting the 2015 NICSA General Membership Meeting at the Hyatt Regency Boston. The theme for this year's GMM is "Operating in the Evolving Global Investment Landscape." The conference kicks off with breakfast tomorrow, though the NICSA board of directors is meeting this afternoon and the trade group's committees are meeting this afternoon and tomorrow morning.

Featured speakers will include: Garrick Hileman, economic historian at the London School of Economics; Darby Hobbs, founder and president of SOCIAL3; Bob Mathisen, managing director, segment executive for the investment management segment of asset servicing and head of US financial institutions; and Josef Pilger, global pension and retirement leader at Ernst & Young. And NICSA will present the NICSA/NOVA Awards to the winners at the conference.

Exhibitors and sponsors include: BFDS, Doremus FP, DST, DTCC, Envision, Fidelity, Georgeson, Keane, Northern Trust, PWC, SEI, U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, Wilbanks Partners.

The conference is scheduled to conclude by lunchtime on Friday.
