As of November 17, the GFS Shares class was terminated for the Prime Obligations Portfolio, one of the Northern Institutional Funds.

On December 12, the Invesco High Yield Municipal Fund will no longer offer Class B shares of the fund.

Fund Mergers and Liquidations

As of November 30, the MFS Institutional Large Cap Value Fund will be terminated.

On December 30, the Schooner Fund will terminate and liquidate.

On January 6, 2017, the FundX Flexible Total Return Fund will terminate and liquidate.

On April 27, 2017, the Nuveen Equity Index Fund, the Nuveen Mid Cap Index Fund and the Nuveen Small Cap Index Fund will terminate and liquidate.

On April 28, 2017, the MassMutual Select Diversified International Fund will terminate and liquidate.

Investment Strategy

On January 31, 2017, the Delaware Diversified Floating Rate Fund and the Delaware Core Plus Bond Fund will update their investment strategies, and they will be repositioned as a bank loan focused fund and strategic income fund, respectively. The Delaware Diversified Floating Rate Fund will undergo a name change, becoming the Delaware Floating Rate Fund, and the Delaware Core Plus Bond Fund will undergo a name change as well, becoming the Delaware Strategic Income Fund.

New and Upcoming Funds

As of November 30, the Driehaus Active Income Fund will reopen to new investors.

Eaton Vance Management is launching the Eaton Vance Hexavest Emerging Markets Equity Fund, the Eaton Vance Hexavest Global Equity Fund and the Eaton Vance Hexavest International Equity Fund.

Ramius Advisors, LLC is launching the Ramius Archview Credit and Distressed Fund.

Fees

As of December 1, the GAMCO Global Telecommunications Fund is waiving its investment advisory fee for the Class I shares of the fund.

On December 12, the redemption fee for the Fidelity Advisor Overseas Fund, the Fidelity Advisor Diversified International Fund and the Fidelity Advisor International Capital Appreciation Fund will be removed. The redemption fee will also be removed on that date for the Fidelity Advisor Biotechnology Fund, the Fidelity Advisor Consumer Discretionary Fund, the Fidelity Advisor Energy Fund, the Fidelity Advisor Financial Services Fund, the Fidelity Advisor Health Care Fund, the Fidelity Advisor Industrials Fund, the Fidelity Advisor Technology Fund and the Fidelity Advisor Utilities Fund.

On December 30, the Federated High Income Bond Fund will update its fees.

Subadvisors

On February 1, 2017, Analytic Investors, LLC will replace Phocas Financial Corporation as subadvisor to the Wells Fargo Large Company Value Fund. On that date, the fund will also update its principal investment strategy.

Portfolio Managers

As of November 2, Shannon Ward no longer serves as a PM to the Oaktree High Yield Bond Fund.

As of December 1, Lisa Welch is now a co-PM of the John Hancock Balanced Fund.

As of December 1, Coralie Witter no longer serves as co-PM of the Marsico Focus Fund and the Marsico Growth Fund.

Michael Manelli is now a PM of the Natixis Oakmark International Fund.
