A former senior vice president of the western division at OppenheimerFunds, David Borrelli, has taken a position as national sales director at Invesco. He will focus on western sales and is based in the San Francisco Bay area.

Invesco bought OpFunds in late May.

Borrelli stated, "It was a privilege and an honor to spend the last 16 years with OppenheimerFunds. It was an iconic company with amazing people and a culture that other companies would aspire to achieve."

A spokesperson for Invesco declined to comment.

Prior to his time at Opfunds, Borrelli worked as a wholesaler at Franklin Templeton Investments. He holds an MBA in general finance from Santa Clara University and a BS in agricultural economics from the University of California, Davis.
