PFPC Distributors Inc., a subsidiary of PFPC Inc. has snagged a KeyCorp national sales director.

Timothy Mahoney, formerly national sales manager of Victory Capital Management, a KeyCorp subsidiary, has been named senior vice president and senior managing director of third party distribution at PFPC. He has also been named the company’s registered representative.

Some of PFPC Distributors' services include the ability to enter into selling agreements as principal underwriter for a fund, review and file fund sales and marketing literature with the NASD, collect and disburse 12b-1 fees, and license and supervise registered representatives to sell mutual fund shares.

In his new position, Mahoney will be responsible for providing consulting services on distribution to mutual fund companies, ranging from tactical consulting to the management of licensed sales professionals.

Mahoney also served as an independent broker dealer and registered investment advisor (RIA) sales channel at Victory Captial.
