Reuters reports this morning that AXA Investment Management is in talks with State Street Corp. about outsourcing its fund administration. If the deal goes through, it could lead to State Street Corp. assuming administration duties for AXA funds in France, Germany and Britain, as well as the transfer of AXA administration teams to State Street.
