The
SEC has cancelled its June 9 morning open meeting, citing the passing of President Reagan. Commissioners were slated to discuss adoption of disclosure of advisory contracts and short selling of public offerings.
The meeting will be held on June 23, 9:30am, said a spokeswoman in the SEC's Office of the Secretary. The commissioners will discuss the planned items at that time.
The meeting will be
webcast on the SEC's site.
