Genworth, formerly known as GE Financial, announced three additions to its board of directors.

Frank J. Borelli, a former senior vice president and chief financial officer of Marsh & McLennan, J. Robert "Bob" Kerrey, president of New School University and former senator, and Thomas B. Wheeler, former president and chief executive officer of MassMutual Life will serve until the 2005 shareholder meeting.
