Oak Associates has said "I do" to another contract with SEI Investments. SEI will again provide distribution, fund accounting, compliance, legal and other back-end services for the advisor to the Oak Associates Fund family.

Oak Associates manages $2.3 billion in five funds.

An Oak Associates spokeswoman was unable to immediately answer questions about the duration of the contract.
