MetLife's Met Investor Trust has registered for two fund-of-ETFs that would use
A.G. Edwards as an advisor for the funds, according to a recent
filing.
The portfolios, the Cyclical Growth and Income ETF Portfolio and the Cyclical Growth ETF Portfolio, would be available as variable annuities.
The portfolios will hold ETFs including iShares, SPDRS and VIPERS.
The Cyclical Growth and Income fund will hold a 74 percent stake in equities, compared to a 93 percent equity stake in the Cyclical Growth portfolio. The Income portfolio will also hold 22 percent in fixed income.
Management fees for the funds will be 45 basis points for all share classes. Total operating fees were not available in the fund
filing.
