Franklin Templeton Institutional has formed a new group to provide support for investment consultants worldwide. The Global Consultant Relations Group will be headed by William Babtie, who previously was the director of international marketing for Franklin Institutional. Babtie will report to head of Franklin Templeton Institutional, William Yun.

Forming the core of the Global Consultant Relations Group include: Dennis Rothe and Michael Poremba of U.S. business development, Allison Shaw of product management, and Matthew Philpott of global RFP management.
