Pioneer Investment Management has expanded its fund lineup. The Boston-based firm has rolled out two new mutual funds, bringing the number of its fund offerings to 55.
The Pioneer Fundamental Growth Fund, which seeks to invest in growth companies,is managed by Chris Galizio and Steve Balter, who are also managing Pioneer Growth Shares and Pioneer Mid Cap Growth Fund. It will be benchmarked against the Russell 100 Growth Index, is a large-cap fund
The Pioneer Global Select Equity Fund, whose performance will be compared to the MSCI World Index, will focus on industry leaders in developed and emerging markets. It is managed by Piergaetano Iaccarino, a portfolio manager with Pioneer's global equity team based in Dublin, and Neil Robson, senior portfolio manager and head of global equities.
